BUILDINGS & UTILITIES ENGINEER

For one of our clients, a global manufacturing company, currently in the process of operational and technological transformation - we are searching for a professional for the mission of:
BUILDINGS & UTILITIES ENGINEER
The Major Responsibilities Include:
• Lead teams which ensure normal operation of above-described systems
• Ensure safety operation of the utilities equipment
• Is responsible of energy efficiency. Prepare necessary plans and reports, analyze the data and propose the actions of improving the efficiency (gas and water). Organize accurate operative report for exploitation and fulfillment of respective technical documentation
• Organize, control and co-ordinate activities on maintenance, repair and exploitation of Utilities. Organize and control preventive M&R, Overhauling of the equipment in accordance with safety rules
• Organize, control and co-ordinate the work of technicians and activities on M&R of Utilities – third parties. Control the observance of the rules of HSE and GMP systems
• Ensure regular inspections and maintenance of hazardous equipment
• Plan and prepare purchase requests for spare parts in the minimum needed quantity. Organize and control the spare parts supply and issuance
• Manage and control execution of works related to waste management and keeping records on waste materials
• Provide and ensure staff supervision and training according to the qualification and training needs as well as personnel costs. Organize training on qualification degree of Electrical safety. Provide regular and effective feedback on employees’ performance in order to motivate the subordinates for continuous improvement
• Plan the budget of Maintenance & Repair in its area of responsibilities and guarantee its cost-effective use and compliance
• Ensure performance according to Quality and HSE systems procedures. Develop, update and implement Quality, HSE system within a scope of the position’s responsibility
• Actively seeks for possibilities for optimization and continuous improvement
Experience required:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of maintenance and repair
• International exposure is preferred
Qualification and skills:
• University degree in Engineering
• Very good knowledge in operation and maintenance of equipment
• Knowledge on Quality and HSE Systems
• Good knowledge of the manufacturing process, labor planning and efficiencies for the area of responsibility
• PC literacy
• Very good level of English
