Selecta International is a Bulgarian partner of leading international cosmetic brands. For more than 20 years we have been developing a nationwide distribution network and building our business with pharmacies, drug stores, perfumeries, and organic shops.
The company imports and distributes leading international cosmetic brands on the territory of Bulgaria.
We strive to be a preferred partner and to operate with a loyal network of partners - employees, distributors, sales representatives and suppliers.
We are looking for the appropriate candidate for the position of Brand Manager :
Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of the brands current products and future concepts;
- Developing and managing P&L and driving market growth;
- Developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and digital activities for the respected brands;
- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions;
- Analyzing market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies, based on analysis and feedbacks;
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns;
- Engage consumers on social media;
- Gather and analyze customer insights;
- Collaborate with the sales department to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities. Provide the Sales team with tools, support and information;
- Direct, implement and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in line with the approved plans, projects and related budgets;
- Communicate on a daily basis with the brand suppliers;
- Prepare regular monthly reports;
- Monitor results and run analysis;
- Monitor stock inventory and work on forecasts and orders;
- Develop and implement the annual brand plans;
- Efficiently manage the allocated marketing budget;
- Organize various promotional and PR events;
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Bulgarian and English;
- Budget-management skills and proficiency;
- Drive for results and leadership skills;
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
- Ability to multitask;
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges;
- Experience in working with ERP systems will be considered as an advantage;
- Strong computer user skills: MS Office, Power Point, social media platforms, Photoshop will be considered as an advantage;
