About the role:

The Brand Manager will be a seasoned brand marketer leading the development and growth of our brand, supporting the creative development, planning and execution of all Brand and Communication initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about branding and storytelling and has a clear sense of commercial impact. You’ll be a strong team player - able to work cross-functionally, from creative development to ensuring full campaign integration. If that sounds like you, come join us!

What you'll be doing:

• Create a go-to-market strategy for the potential partners across Europe
• Analyze competition and customer insights, execute research in order to identify opportunities
• Work with related business functions like the product, support and business teams to gather business requirements to drive marketing initiatives
• Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
• Build a library of high-quality, high-leverage marketing materials that showcase the brand, and product narratives
• Use data to ensure the voice of the customer is present in product and marketing decisions
• Organize and coordinate merchant acquisition events and activations
• Analyze campaign performance to assess effectiveness, and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Ongoing audit and research to help us hone our strategy as we grow

About you:

• You are an experienced B2B marketer with a passion for payments and fintech
• 2 - 5 years proven work experience as a brand manager / marketing product/project manager, preferably in a Fintech/digital domain
• A storyteller at heart - you have the ability to craft engaging messaging and campaigns that bring brands to life
• Proven ability to launch and manage integrated campaigns
• Experience working cross-functionally with other marketing experts; creative, digital, product managers, developers etc.
• You’re curious, passionate and have a can-do attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
