Our team is growing, and we are looking for a responsible Billing Assistant to perform a variety of analytical and clerical tasks. Duties of the Billing Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting the Billing Team, and managing our finance goals. 

Billing Assistant Skills Requirements:


  • Attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is essential)

  • Organization and planning

  • Prioritization and problem-solving

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)

  • Reporting and analysis


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations and completion of the billing cycles

  • Fulfill operational requirements, expedite billing and administrative projects

  • Support the team by liaising with the relevant stakeholders of the business

  • Perform time-sensitive tasks to maintain efficient workflow


Education and Experience Requirements:


  • Excellent written & spoken English language

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required

  • At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience

  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Jira, Power BI

  • Knowledge in logistics and accounting is an advantage
