For one of our clients – a leading multinational company – we are looking for a Banking Services
Specialist with French or Italian, German.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicating with corporate customers and business partners;
Supporting clients via live chat and outbound calls;
In charge of prepaid debit card, currency exchange, cryptocurrency exchange and peer-to-peer
payments;
Monitoring and engaging consumer questions;
Working with specialized operating system;
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
Fluency in French or Italian, German;
Good level of English – B1-B2;
Knowledge of MS Windows, troubleshooting and basic knowledge of network communications;
Be a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines;
You have some experience working in customer service for the finance industry;
Effective problem-solving skills and willingness to listen and help.
