For one of our clients – world renowned company in the field of customer experience services, we
are looking for Backoffice Travel Support Specialist with Galileo System.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Documenting and tracking information in call tracking database;
Listening and understanding the customer’s issues;
Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services;
Taking part in activities focused on improving customer satisfaction;
Email communication with clients, less phone calls.
Requirements:
Excellent English skills;
Mandatory experience with Galileo system;
Experience in a customer service environment;
Good communication and relationship skills;
Strong computer navigation skills.
