On behalf of one of our clients, a leading technology firm focused on fighting financial crime, we are currently looking for Back Office Specialist to join their team.
What you will be doing:
• Work on various projects for our national and international clients;
• Screening new and existing customers of the financial institution for possible financial fraud;
• Gathering and analyzing key information;
• Review documentation and perform customer due diligence;
• Suspicious activity reporting as well as extensive research to determine the necessary actions;
• Working with the team leader and colleagues;
• Update of customer database;
• Control of possible risk;
• Database search;
• Checking customer confidence;
• Generating customer and/or account reports;
Ideally, your skills will include:
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving abilities;
• Ability to work independently;
• Taking initiatives;
• Ability to adapt to changes in teams and processes;
• Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity.
