search for flexible, open and attentive problem-solvers for the role of Back-Office
Representative with German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and English (Night Shifts)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Helping customers via email and chat;
* Striving to understand their issues and offer accurate and easy-to-follow solutions;
* Recording every interaction and updating regularly;
* Offering great service to customers and following the company’s quality guidelines;
* Maintaining the pleasant work atmosphere by helping and collaborating with other colleagues.

Requirements:
* Fluency in German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese and English language;
* PC literacy and solid MS Office applications skills;
* Organized, able to multitask and available for working Night shifts;
* Motivated to improve, solve problems and be of service;
* Friendly and ready to contribute to team’s efforts.
