Back-office administrator in Insurance Broker

Description of the position:
- perform daily input of insurance policies in the Fiduciary system of the company based on collected
supporting documents
-review status of tickets and resolve problems
-communicate with Brokers/Carriers variance in the booked amounts and
perform corrections based on proper supporting documents
-communicate with AO Hub in Poland issues related to billing activities
-Operational and Administrative support of business
-tracking of not booked policies
-main point of contact with AO Hub –Poland
Requirements:
- Technical focus (Excel, databases etc.);
-Well organized
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
-Insurance knowledge is a plus
- Acceptable level of verbal and written English ( communication with AO-Poland is in English)
- Pro-activity
