We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive B2B Partnerships Administrative Executive to provide support from an administrative perspective. The desired candidate will need to be on hand to support the B2B Partnership Team with time sensitive content uploads using our advanced content management systems, proficient in using Power point, Excel, MS Word. Organisational and time management skills will be imperative to be successful in this role.



What to expect



  • Excellent communication skills to help support B2B and B2C partnership campaigns

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

  • Loading banners for merchants on Typo3 and Optimizely. (Heavily time constraining & demanding based on merchant’s urgent requests to regularly update banners/offers)

  • Reconcile invoices for previous month and chase late payments for previous month.

  • Ongoing management of reporting and maintenance of traffic levels to the showcase.

  • Adhere to tight deadlines when loading a merchants’ campaign on live environments using CMS.

  • Perform marketing analysis and research on competition

  • Support marketing automation processes

  • Manage and become a champion when it comes to utilising the content management systems (Jacob Robot, Adobe Target, Typo3) (Training for all relevant programmes will be provided).

  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. email marketing)

  • Prepare promotional presentations

  • Manage and update team database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

  • Help organize marketing calendars and weekly and monthly revenue reports using Admin and Sales Force


Your Profile:



  • Experienced with contract management/ financial reporting

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Good time management skills

  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/MS Excel/MS Power point

  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
