About Varengold Bank AG
For the Sofia location we are looking for the next possible date for a Office Manager.
Yours responsibilities:
You will strengthen our office management and take responsibility for the following activities:
- Professional operation of the switchboard and first contact person for all personal and telephone contacts
- Organization and preparation of meetings as well as reception, support and hospitality of national and international guests
- Processing of correspondence (maintenance of e-mail accounts) and pleadings
- General administration and office organization, mail processing as well as ordering office supplies and consumables
- Planning and booking of business trips for the Executive Board and employees
- Support with special tasks, projects as well as event organization and planning
Your profile:
- University degree with professional experience in office management, the hotel industry or a comparable service-oriented role
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word)
- Very good knowledge of Bulgarian and English
- Confident and confident appearance, initiative and flexibility - proactive type, dynamic and solution-oriented!
- Ability to work under pressure coupled with loyalty
- Strong communication skills and a high level of social competence and commitment
