Established in Ruse, Bulgaria in 2014, the company works with selected high-end clients, mainly for export to the French market. It develops and produces garments both for men and women.
Due to the expanding of the company business and increasing the volume of work, we are looking to add to our team:
Assistant in Finance department
Description of the position:
Supporting role in a Financial department. The candidate will be responsible for helping their department colleagues in the daily operations related to Finance, including organizing documents, issuing invoices, managing incoming emails, consulting with other departments within the organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Organizing and sorting invoices for sales and purchases.
- Issuing invoices for sales to clients. Verifying and confirming daily sales with other departments.
- Keeping track of incoming emails. Conveying important information to department colleagues.
- Supporting the Finance department with other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Daily correspondence in Bulgarian and English language.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Sufficient level of English language to meet working needs;
- Proficiency of working with the main Microsoft office package – Outlook, Excel, Word and other related;
- Team player with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience in the same or a similar position would be considered as advantage
- Ability to work in a team and to perform in a dynamic work environment
