Assistant Buyer

Puzzle Brands is one of the largest fashion stock-trading companies in Easter Europe that focuses its operations in CEE and MENA regions. We distribute excess inventory, previous seasons, shop returns and sample collections of well-known fashion brands.
We are growing in a fast pace and we are looking for an assistant Buyer, who will support efficiently all purchasing activities.
Responsibilities:
• Daily research and interaction with potential suppliers
• Analysis, evaluation, and comparison of product offers
• Assisting the buyer with the selection of right product mix
• Writing, placing and tracking purchase orders.
• Monitoring the status of purchase orders and deliveries
• Researching new suppliers and making recommendations to the buyer.
• Planning, monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Preparing budgets and forecasting purchasing trends.
• Compiling reports on product performance and statistics
Requirements:
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
