Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing the Sales Department's strategy in subordinate Stores to achieve
  business goals, and ensuring that these activities are consistent with the corporate strategy


• Using available resources and tools to maximize the daily sales in subordinate Stores


• Controlling sales budget performance and the implementation of standards and procedures


• Controlling Store preparation for inventory counts and the observance procedures to
  minimize inventory count loss


• Controlling generic and personnel costs in Stores to optimize operating costs


• Recruiting Store Managers and taking responsibility for their development


• Managing the work performance of the Store Managers

If you have at least:

• 2 years of experience in working on similar positions


• Experience in retail (textile)


• Very good communication skills and client orientation


• Advanced knowledge of English


• B category driving license


• Readiness for frequent travelling around the country (80%)
