Appointment Setter (USA market)

Language Bear is a 6-year-old SEO company headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Our specialty is content-driven SEO, and for this purpose, we create and translate thousands of SEO-optimized texts in 40+ languages, and employ a host of freelancers worldwide. Our international clients are some of the biggest names in Casino, Sportsbetting, E-commerce, Travel and other industries.

We are looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and responsible Appointment Setter (USA market). In this role you will help with the prospecting and contacting of potential new clients in the United States.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Work on preliminary generated lists of potential new clients in the United States, which may be interested in the services offered by the company
• Establish first contact with the potential new clients via outbound "cold" phone calls
• Present the services offered by the company in a 2-5 minute call and schedule a longer meeting between the prospective client and a Senior Sales Manager from the company

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is a must
• You need to be comfortable to make at least 100 outbound phone calls per shift
• You need to be comfortable to give evening and/or night shifts (Mon - Fri)
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a demanding, target-based environment
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
