We are looking for a professional to join our team as:
APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Role:
The Application Support Specialist will ensure the provision of rapid internal application development.
The Application Support Specialist is reporting to Head of IT.
This is an intermediate level position requiring a minimum 1-2 years of experience in business applications support and/or development.
Main Responsibilities:
• Collaboration with business owners in order to determine specific business application software requirements;
• Internal applications users’ management;
• Debugging and troubleshooting application issues;
• Execution of user acceptance testing;
• Coordination with third party development teams;
• Performs version control and release to production;
• Supports development of new and migration of existing internal applications.
Experience and key skills required:
• Experience in collecting business requirements and preparing technical proposals;
• 1-2 years of supporting custom business applications using following technologies: ASP.NET (C#, Web Forms, MVC, Web API, REST API) and T-SQL (stored procedures, triggers, complex views);
• Experience with DevExpress framework would be considered as an advantage;
• Solid communication skills and analytical thinking;
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and verbal are essential;
Considered as an advantage:
• Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint Online;
• Experience in financial institution.
