Affiliate manager

Leading Company in the fintech industry is looking for a talented and highly motivated affiliate manager who will be managing existing relationships with high-profile publishing partners as well as building new business relationships. You will also be working with a team to coordinate marketing solutions for top brands, analyze campaign performance and create digital performance strategies
Responsibilities:
• Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback
• Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
• Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other venues
• Build relationships and interact with partners to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
• Coordinate affiliate structures and assess their performance
• Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth
• Represent the company at industry conferences
• Manage affiliate accounts and develop partnership contact management strategy
• Estimate and track affiliate results
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
• Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
• Identify potential commission savings and suggest ways to increase profits
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an affiliate account manager is an advantage
• Experience from Crypto/Forex is an advantage.
• Internet savvy, understanding of online media, PPC, SEO, social media.
• Sales oriented and strong negotiation skills – a must.
• English - very high level - A must.
• A second language – A big advantage
• Previous experience in sales, account management or affiliate marketing - A Big advantage.
• The candidate should have High analytical skills, independent and a fast learner.
