ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH

Anveli Group Ltd. is growing and we’re currently looking to hire an Administrative specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients in organizing travel, keeping schedules, and organizing transfers from and to the Sofia Airport.
Key position responsibilities:
✔️ The Administrative Specialist will be a primary point of contact for patients of Anveli.
✔️ Answering inbound calls by patients – providing logistic and administrative support to improve the experience for patients;
✔️ Performing outbound calls to patients for follow-up on queries or reminders for deadlines for document submission or required examination.
✔️ Responding accurately and timely to patient needs and inquiries, ensuring assistance within the required approved script.
✔️ Organizing transfers for the patients from/to the Sofia Airport.
Assisting the patients in organizing their travel
✔️ Any additional duties as assigned by program management.
Our requirements:
✔️ Fluency in French language;
✔️ Intermediate (B1) level of English language.
✔️ Driving license
✔️ Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal) communication skills;
✔️ Excellent telephone etiquette, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to quickly evaluate and respond to an array of inquiries; ability to approach a high volume of requests with a positive attitude and an ability to resolve the issue at hand;
✔️ Ability to counsel clients of all ages, cultures, and educational levels;
✔️ Drive and enthusiasm for supporting patients;
✔️ Excellent listening and problem-solving skills;
✔️ Excellent documentation accuracy;
