For our Industrial and IoT Business Unit we are looking for an
Administrative Services Specialist (f/m/d)
Your Role:
Support the MCU Business Development and the SST team in various administrative tasks related to:
• Order process, supplier or partner registration, sample handling, shipping process inside EMEA and global;
• Generation of business reports for both teams based on our different ERP systems;
• Interact with the sales and customer support teams to follow up on project status and related order status;
• Identify main blockers and highlight this to improve processes far all listed tasks above;
• General Assistance Work: Off Site Meetings preparation, Flight and Hotel bookings, Reservations.
Your profile:
• English knowledge fluently to interact with overall EMEA team members;
• Used to different Office applications and open to learn new systems including SAP usage.
