As a recruitment agency, we will provide you with multiple career opportunities and all the information about each one of them. We will answer all your questions in advance, will prepare you for the interviews ahead, and will support you throughout the whole recruitment process.


Currently we are looking to expand further our own team with a new colleague who is ambitious to develop in the fields of HR and Recruitment and would like to join us as an Administrative Coordinator.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work as an integral part of an ambitious, professional and continuously expanding team or recruitment consultants, supporting various local and global corporate clients;

  • Coordinate interviews, phone calls, process flow and correspondence;

  • Monitor process compliance and quality of ATS data input;

  • Act as an office manager and ensure the smooth running of all office activities;

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the business premises;

  • Receive and welcome guests;

  • Manage vendor relations;

  • Performs some basic HR and Finance tasks when required;

  • Performs collection, data analysis and preparation of management reports;

  • Support the Managing Director in his daily tasks;

  • Manage routine communication and document flow around our outsourcing and temporary staffing services; 

  • Invoice management.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR, business, or a related field;

  • HR or Administrative experience in multinational environment is a plus;

  • Fluent English language (oral and written);

  • Team player;

  • Service and customer oriented, self-motivated and pro-active working attitude;

  • Interest and knowledge in social media maintenance and development is a plus;

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs;

  • Willing to learn, develop and grow with the team.
