ADMINISTRATIVE AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR WITH ENGLISH

Due to our plans for expansion, we are looking to recruit an Administrative and logistics Coordinator.



The role:




  • manage e-mail and telephone correspondence with foreign suppliers;

  • organize transport and pull together documentation for deliveries;

  • monitor on-time carrying out of orders by suppliers,

  • handle incoming e-mails;

  • provide admin support to the technical team;

  • prepare info in Excel.



The profile:




  • educated to degree level or similar;

  • fluent in written and spoken English;

  • able to multitask, to handle efficiently multiple priorities and keep up with deadlines;

  • open and positive person with can-do attitude;

  • energetic, diligent, quick to find solutions;

  • assertive communicator.


Some experience with administrative tasks will be a strong advantage.
