ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND CREDIT CONTROL ASSISTANT

ABOUT US
Office XO are actively looking for an Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join our progressive and expanding company that provides services to its clients in the heart of Central London. The role will suit someone who wants to advance their career in bookkeeping and/or accounting administration area within the facility management industry. It is a busy role so it needs a person who can multitask and stay focused, be methodical and have good attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Tracking incoming payments and accurately allocating daily payments received
• Sending monthly statements to the clients
• Resolving outstanding payments and sending collection statements
• Updating account information and records of clients
• Liaise with customers via both written and verbal communication methods regularly to ensure payments are received on or before their due date
• Ensuring that financial records meet company standards
• Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks performed by Finance as required during the course of the project in question and etc.
• General administrative duties
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Experience in Accountancy
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet the tight deadlines
• Full training will be provided
