We’re in search of a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Payments Specialist to join our global team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all bank payment batches (vendor, payroll, and others) are prepared and validated according to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all bank payments are input, authorized, and processed timely and accurately.
- Collaborate daily with local accounting and procurement teams.
- Prepare, analyze, and review key metrics to identify payment trends and quality of service.
- Investigate and communicate supplier invoice issues when needed.
- Prepare bank and supplier reconciliation for all assigned balance sheet payables accounts and communicate with suppliers and the global treasury team accordingly.
- Research and analyze data for ad-hoc requests.
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable, payments, or a financial analyst role is required.
- Proficiency with both written and spoken English is required.
- ACCA/Big4/finance shared-service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are required.
