Accounting & Reporting Team Lead
Your role:
• Deep understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology
• Ensure month end closing and reporting activities are performed accurately and timely by the team including preparing and analyzing balance sheet reconciliation reports within specified timescales
• Review the KPI metrics related to the function and provide commentaries & root cause analysis
• Initiate and lead continues improvement process optimizations
• Leverage business and accounting principles and practices for the review and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support an internal control environment within finance including risk mitigation and the total compliance of all the operations and services according to internal and external regulations
The successful candidate possess:
• Education in the field of Finance and Accounting
• Experience in migration of processes, performance management and strategic development and improvement
• Tech savvy and innovative thinker
• Analytical business mindset
• Fluent level of English – written and spoken
