ACCOUNTANT / PTP for ITALIAN market

Here in Varna, Bulgaria, we are starting a new project in the short-term rental sector and we invite you to join as an accountant with a focus on procure to pay processes (PTP).

In this role your attention will be on quality checks on purchase orders or requests, invoice processing, performing payments, preparing payment batches, and account reconciliation.

Your Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate review, validation and processing of incoming invoices
- Prepare the journal entries related to accounting payable
- Purchase invoice processing, preparation of payment batches
- Execute bank reconciliations, execute the proposal for the payment journal to be approved
- Review the accounts payable end balances related to monthly/yearly closure
- Support other teams such as Customer Care team, Procurement team, etc.
- Support Senior Accountant and Italy Accounting and Administration manager

Our Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience in Accounting / Finance area
- Knowledge of IFRS, Italian Accounting principles would be considered as an advantage
- IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP: preferably Microsoft AX)
- Fluency in Italian. English would be considered as an advantage
- Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
- A highly motivated and proactive individual with the ability to meet deadlines

The employment contract will be with the Bulgarian company LRC Bulgaria Ltd, the local subsidiary of ALTIDO. Working time is 10 am to 7 pm.
