Translation Project Manager/ Language Coordinator

VIAX Corporate Language Solutions is a translation company based in Bulgaria, offering a diverse range of language solutions.
We are currently hiring a full-time project manager/language coordinator (40 hours a week) for our office in the centre of Varna.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-growing team and get hands-on experience in the language industry. We offer continuous training and support to help you develop and gain practical skills and knowledge.
Your main responsibilities will be managing multilingual projects, communicating with vendors based abroad, sending quotes to clients, performing QA checks, recruiting and screening translators. You will be trained to use translation tools and manage project workflows.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent command of written Bulgarian language;
- University degree;
- Excellent MS Office skills and ability to acquire skills in working with CAT Tools;
- Multitasking, flexibility, problem-solving, quick learner.
Preferable:
- Degree in Linguistics or Philology;
- Knowledge of foreign languages other than English;
- Experience as a language project manager/coordinator;
- Experience working with Trados Studio or similar.
