TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT EXPERT
Among your responsibilities will be:
• To participate in the process of analyzing and identifying the training and program development needs of UNIQA’s employees and partners;
• To support the processes of creating and conducting training programs as well as the improvement of key qualities and competences;
• To prepare and adapt training materials as well as to create content for the online training platform;
• To organize and conduct trainings and to monitor the effectiveness by the utilization of evaluation tools;
• To take active role in the process of onboarding and in the creation of specific programs for each target group in the company;
• To prepare reports regarding the activities and projects in the department;
• To support both processes of employees’ evaluation and result analysis and to conduct ongoing estimation and improvement of the education modules’ quality;
• To monitor the market trends and to support the induction of new and innovative methods in the training process;
• If necessary, to participate in the procedures of external vendor selection in regard to the provision of training services;
• To support the activities related to teambuilding and CSR events organization;
We are looking for a professional with:
• Bachelor’s degree (High degree in the sphere of training, organizational development, psychology, business, pedagogy, humanitarian or social sciences will be considered as an advantage);
• +2 years professional experience (experience in the insurance sphere will be considered as an advantage);
• Fluency in English;
• Computer literacy: MS Office, Internet; Camtasia Studio;
• Hand on experience with online training platform will be considered as an advantage;
