We are looking to fill a new position as a “Sustainability Guests & Sales team leader” in order to grow the offer and reach of the Maleeva Centre in Sofia.
The tennis & sports centre is one of the best in Bulgaria and has been providing sports services for the last 19 years in its unique green location in the centre of Sofia. Over the last years, the centre has been focusing on becoming a sustainable environment for its guests and teams.

The responsibilities:
- Manage the existing base of guests and members.
- Create new opportunities for the club while increasing its quality.
- Create and manage different pricing strategies.
- Participate in online and offline digital campaigns.
- Create, generate and build interesting events/venues that fit our values and mission.
- Apply modern sales & marketing strategies.
- Build and manage your own team.
The profile we are looking for is someone:
1. Who wants to work with our management to build up the place and make it successful. Basically, we love ideas and people capable of implementing them. Self-managed is, therefore, necessary as you will get a lot of freedom!
2. Who is comfortable in problem-solving, hospitality minded and a people person.
3. That naturally has proven experience working in sales and/or marketing.
4. Willing to help build and manage a team of like-minded individuals and nurture a positive atmosphere.
5. That has a passion for sustainability (0 waste, low carbon footprint, etc...)!
6. Capable of applying modern techniques of marketing and communication.
7. Who speaks Bulgarian and English as our clientele is local and international.
8. Who includes the phrase "sustainable sales” in their application ;)
Salary is great with compensation and bonuses as growth happens.
