Senior Talent Acquisition Expert
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible to fill vacancies or immediate hiring needs while also responsible for developing long-term recruitment strategies and processes
• Manage full life cycle recruitment
• Execute various recruitment functions, such as sourcing candidates, interviewing job applicants, and extending job offers
• Proactively research new recruitment methodologies, competitive intelligence to create innovative sourcing strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific requirements
• Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates;
• Regularly shares best practices, industry and market intelligence data
• Create business and corporate analysis reports recruitment metrics reports
• Take part in talent acquisition activities and networking events, based on careers and employer brand marketing activities
• Develop strong relationships with management in order to forecast recruitment needs
• Innovative, creative and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition minimum 3 years
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a high level of initiative
• Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable, agile and flexible
• Highly detail oriented, ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline oriented projects is essential
• Very good command of written and spoken English language
• Excellent understanding of corporate business environment
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office
