The main responsibilities for the position are to:

• Analyses the financial standing of the lease applicants and makes assessment on the credit risk upon the deals;


• Co-ordinates if necessary the operational issues connected with analysis and credit risk assessment of leasing transactions with other Risk Managers or Head of Credit Underwriting department;


• Shares information with relationship and risk managers from the Bank;


• Participates in the preparation of financial analysis connected with the annual review of leasing transactions after presentation of the necessary information from Sales department;


• Makes credit risk assessment and considers applications for modification of approved leasing transactions, presented by Sales departments;


• Supports the Relationship Managers and gives opinion how to properly structure a lease transaction.

The appropriate candidates must have:

• Master Degree in Economics, Finance or other relevant;


• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing industry or financial area;


• Excellent knowledge of English language;


• Basic knowledge of Bulgarian legislation and regulations;


• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;


• Be a team player and eager to work in a passionate environment.
