PURCHASING EXPERT

"Spinner Bulgaria" Ltd. is a brand-new member of the worldwide known SPINNER-Group, which produces more than 1.000 high precision CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, and automation solutions per year in factories in Germany and Turkey with employed over 550 qualified and motivated professionals.

For our new production plant in Plovdiv, we are looking for PURCHASING EXPERT to join our team

Main responsibilities:
- Organization of the processes of purchase of goods and services;
- Keeping up with innovations in the market of products and services;
- Follow up, review and analyze the stock levels and other data in SAP for the purchase activities;
- Daily monitoring of the orders status, deliveries, and payments;
- Organization of meetings and negotiations with current and future suppliers;
- Establishment of good communication and relationships with suppliers and contractors of the company;
- Preparation of different kinds of reports and analyses.

Your background:
- Technical education - university degree; 
- Minimum 5 years of experience;
- Ability to read technical drawings and interest in machine parts;
- Basic knowledge of planning, cost management, and logistics;
- Good written and verbal English;
- Very good PC literacy; SAP knowledge is a must;
- Flexible, open-minded, and team-work oriented;
- Availability to travel inside the country and abroad.
