Logistics Specialist International Transport

We are currently looking for one of our growing international partners - a capable and responsible candidate for the position.





Responsibilities:

• Supervise drivers and trucks, arrange routes, and schedule deliveries;

• Collaboration with service providers, subcontractors, and logistical partners;

• Troubleshoot and fix potential delivery and pick-up difficulties before they cause service problems;

• In charge of securing customer cargo transportation and providing timely services;

• Enter order information into a freight database system, double-checking and maintaining data consistency;

• Send and receive load/term confirmations via cell phone, email, or GPS interface to and from carriers;

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of load-related paperwork submitted by drivers/carriers, then transfer the paperwork to the office administration so that the loads can be correctly and timely invoiced;

• Follow company guidelines and standards when submitting bids and proposals to carriers and clients.



Requirements:

• Well-organized work — meticulous attention to detail is essential.

• Prior market experience in transportation operations (knowledge of service providers, clients, and competitors) is required.

• English (spoken and written) is required; a second EU language is advantageous.

• Keeps the team informed about any complications that arise during the shipping procedure.

• Computer literacy is necessary (excellent knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word), and expertise with SAP and other ERP systems is advantageous.

• Professionally manage stress and crucial situations

• Ability to reply quickly to consumer requests
