VISTA AWT AD a part of a leading regional distribution company, dealing with well-known worldwide FMCG brands is expanding its operations in Bulgaria.
The company is currently seeking for highly organized, self- motivated and results oriented top performing professionals to join its team in Sofia:
JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
∙ Organizes and supervises the implementation of the agreed marketing strategies and objectives for our supplier’s products;
∙ Prepares and proposes annual Trade Marketing plan for our supplier’s products following the agreed strategies and objectives;
∙ Monitors the Bulgarian market place as well as our supplier’s products position on the market. Provides information regarding market dynamics, distribution, assortment and shelf positioning of the products;
∙ Analyzes the marketing mix structure of our supplier’s products in selected channels of distribution
∙ Coordinates and carries responsibility for the successful implementation of our supplier’s agreed trade market activities;
∙ Coordinates with Product managers/BDMs in developing relevant POS materials;
∙ Proposes activities and monitors execution of agreed 5P strategy;
∙ Develops quarterly and yearly business plans aligned with targets for selected top KAs;
∙ Manages in collaboration with Division Manager , keeps track and controls investments per selected KA and channel.
APPLICANT PROFILE:
∙ University degree, preferably in Marketing and or Sales;
∙ 2+ years of experience in a Sales or Trade marketing position, experience with FMCG will be an advantage;
∙ Excellent command in English both written and oral;
∙ Extensive knowledge of Bulgarian pharma business;
∙ Advanced user of MS applications (advanced in excel);
∙ Excellent communication skills;
∙ Team player.
