Our client is an IT company established in 2011 with a focus on aggressive DevOps, Cloud operations, and Application monitoring. The company provides outsourced DevOps services and Cloud Ops services over multiple Cloud providers like Amazon AWS and Joyent SDC!

What do they do?

They do DevOps! They've come up with the "Aggressive DevOps" concept after practicing large-scale infrastructure management over the last 10+ years! They aim to bridge the gap between development and large-scale operations.
They know the Cloud!
They understand Application Monitoring and Data-Driven Control Plane paradigms! They were implemented thousands of monitoring components to gather data from various sources. They make components to analyze collected data and tie the result to application control infrastructure.

The company provides services to a broad range of clients from IoT/Embedded and Publishing industries worldwide. It works in a highly dynamic cloud environment to which organize overall monitoring and alerting, building internal monitoring components, managing build, and deployment of various types of applications ranging from .deb packages to full-blown websites.

Due to its expansion, the company is looking for enthusiastic professionals, with a desire to learn and grow, to join the talented team of engineers.

The main role:
To streamline the process and daily activities for a team of ~10 Operations and Development Engineers. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules and working hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, working hours
• Organizing, attending and participating in team meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Undertaking project tasks as required
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Monitor and coordinate work packages delivery
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports


Requirements:

• Previous experience in a relevent role, preferably in IT
• Understanding project management conceptions in IT
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English
