IT Operations Engineer

The IT Operations Engineer is part of the global Operations & Support Division in “IT Services and Security” Team. Main duties are to orchestrate support and development of back-end systems in our company. Software development is mixed
with close interaction with colleagues all over the world, as we must ensure business tasks are delivered on time.

The Person:

We’re looking for bright and capable individual who do not forget how to be curious and learn new things. We are aware that you can’t be an expert in our systems, but striving your best to become one is crucial for us.

Fundamental knowledge or experience in some scripting language (Python, Perl, Bash etc.) can speed up your career as well.

Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and manage your time, as well as strong team player skills is something we can help you to learn and improve, but we are looking for а good fоundation to build on.

The Function:

Being in a team with other IT people will allow you to learn and share your experience. Of course, the daily workShow must constantly be on the go with activities as:

• collaboration on cross-team and cross-product IT and data issues performing analytics, reporting and data patching


• working in cloud-based environment, but not too out of the way of some legacy products as well


• occasionally providing of high level technical support to both internal and external users


• active and self-paced improvement of the technical and business process knowledge

Main ingredients/skills in the recipe for success:

• Experience working with relational databases


• Experience using Python, Perl, Bash or other scripting/programming language


• Pinch of some Linux flavor (we assume you have an idea of Windows)


• Fluency in English


• Experience with AWS cloud (optional flavoring)
