For one of our clients, a multinational production company with well-established presence in Bulgaria - we are searching for a driven professional for the mission of:
HR Manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Partners with banded senior leadership in the business on strategic priorities, including talent management, pipeline management, succession planning.
• Focuses on building key stakeholder relationships and understanding the commercial impact of people decisions in order to fulfil business objectives.
• Partners on organization design and implementation of function people transformation roadmap, including planning for employee relations, legal and tax implications across geographies.
• Pre-empts future HR concerns through use of data and analytics, leveraging insights to proactively seek and implement solutions that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.
• Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends.
• Defines, shapes and drives an enabling, winning growth culture that translates into higher employee engagement and better business performance. Coaches leaders in leveraging organization values and purpose for competitive advantage.
• Leads workforce planning strategy through insights and decisions including capability mapping in line with business needs.
• Drives implementation of functional strategies and initiatives across the function; responsible for co creating business strategy through an enabling people plan.
• Takes responsibility for the whole workforce headcount and HR service within their Function.
• Accountable for reviewing compensation programmes and supporting compensation decisions outside of guidelines.
• Partners with leaders and Talent Acquisition CoE on executive hires and on hires into roles which help to build deep skill/knowledge in a critical capability area aligned to strategic plans.
• Unlocks business performance through effective coaching to the business, senior leaders and teams, inclusive of appropriate and effective performance calibration, and constant focus on priorities.
• Enables and co leads enterprise wide initiatives (for example Leadership Framework digital workplace).
• Designs and enables effective organization structures and ways of working, including the use of non conventional workforces.
• Manages strategic pipeline as part of the Talent Management strategy, including effective career path planning.
Experience Required:
• At least 5 years of experience in HR Management preferably in manufacturing environment.
• International exposure is expected.
Qualification and Competencies:
• University degree in a relevant field. Postgraduate qualifications in HR would be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent computer skills - аdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access, various database formats and the managing of conversions from one format to another are required.
• Analytical skills.
• Planning and organizational skills.
