BTL Industries is a leading international manufacturer of electronic medical equipment in three market segments: cardiology, physiotherapy and aesthetic medicine. For more than 20 years the company has been successfully operating and developing in Bulgaria, where the main manufacturing facility of electronic medical equipment is based.


With the expansion of the business, we opened the position of Head of HR department




What you will do:



  • Implement and execute the local HR strategy derived from regional/ global strategy;

  • Manage and participate in the talent acquisition process, interviewing, candidates selection, hiring and onboarding and collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and goals;

  • Develop strong relationships with third party providers to develop candidate pipelines through academies, colleges etc.;

  • Oversee and support the annual PR strategy execution;

  • Effectively partner with managers to manage employee relations and provide guidance of all HR related matters;

  • Provide counseling on performance management issues, career development, change management processes required due to the business strategy;

  • Work together with the Managers on analyzing the needs of employees for training and development and execute training needs analysis for employee development;

  • Lead and guarantee consistent internal communication regarding employee matters;

  • Manage the delivery of internal and external training programs and activities;

  • Actively contribute in the improvement and optimization of the HR related processes;

  • Lead and develop direct reports and grow the capability of the HR team;

  • Demonstrate company’s culture and values and contribute to the cultural transformation through new ways of working;

  • Ensure the HR process is implemented and executed in compliance with actual company procedures and regulatory requirements.




Skills, experience, knowledge:



  • Extensive experience in the human resource field - acting as HR generalist/HRBP/HR manager/Talent acquisition manager

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration, or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to quickly establish strong working relationships with a problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to take initiative and be innovative

  • Proven organizational skills, analytical thinking and high emotional intelligence

  • English - verbal and written

  • Very good computer skills
