We are now looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team in Group & regulatory reporting unit
Financial /reconciliation expert
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for reconciliation between GL accounts and business systems;
- Participates in confirmation, execution and communication of new/revised accounting schemes and General Ledger;
- Opening new GL accounts and maintain the accounting system;
- Perform the necessary controls and random checks on the first-line GL-account;
- Reporting on the status of the GL-account management;
- Drawing up practical guidelines, training and giving advice to the first-line GL-account management;
- Maintains communication with external auditors;
Key requirements:
- University degree in Accounting and/or Economics, Finance;
- Previous accounting experience;
- Previous experience in the similar position;
- Experience with the accounting system Ajur will be considered as strong advantage;
- Prior experience in the insurance sector will be considered as strong advantage;
- Thorough knowledge in general accounting principles and procedures;
- Basic knowledge IFRS
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Team player with ability to adapt to a fast paced working environment;
- Very good English – both written and spoken;
- Advanced in MS Office (Excel).
