We are a small, ambitious, and well-structured IT security consulting company. As part of our growth, we are looking for you to assist us with tasks related to invoicing and collecting payments from our clients, preparing management reports, taking care of some of our internal business processes and daily needs, and helping us keep all our assets up to date and safe. - Can handle a variety of tasks - following up with clients in regards to their payments, checking reports from our Accountants (yeah, even accountants can make a mistake sometimes!), taking care of our monthly bills, preparing management reports, making sure our CRM is up to date, and others;

As our Finance and Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Prepare invoices for our clients, and follow up on their payments (mainly via e-mail in English);
- Process our expenses, follow up on our payments when necessary;
- Update financial spreadsheets, and prepare management reports;
- Keep the company’s documentary archive well-organized;
- Мaintain personal files of employees, support monthly payroll, and keep records in neat order;
- Work closely with all staff to assist with the preparation of labour and legal documents, salaries, vacations and leaves, benefits, and business trips;
- Assist the CEO in controlling a number of company administration processes according to the prescribed criteria.
We are looking for a person who is:
- Proficient in English;
- Highly organized;
- Capable of prioritizing and multitasking;
- Flexible and with good attention to detail;
- Positive and with a can-do attitude;
- Literate in Google Docs and/or MS Office.
