BTL Industries is a leading international manufacturer of electronic medical equipment in three market segments: cardiology, physiotherapy and aesthetic medicine.

For more than 20 years the company has been successfully operating and developing in Bulgaria, where the main manufacturing facility of electronic medical equipment is based. With the expansion of the business, we opened the position
of Facility Management Coordinator.

What will be your responsibilities?

Ensuring the maintenance of basic facilities including the facility installations at the plant;

Managing communication and contracts with various vendors;

Supervising the physical resources of the facility, including the proposal for budgeting;

Planning, coordinating and observing all regular and preventive maintenance tasks and defining actions for improvement in respect of quality and cost analysis;

Developing and overseeing the facility installations and proposing argued tasks for improvement of the facility and its installations.

Regular monitoring of the responsible systems/installations

Reports to the management by creating plans, reports facility status, etc.

Needed requirements for taking the position:

Experience in idea design, set up, PIO and maintenance of electrical grid/equipment (including backup power supply automatization, diesel generators) and/or HVAC systems of industrial facilities

Experience with building automation and control systems (idea design, PIO and maintenance of BMS or/and systems for energy management) - is an advantage

Secondary Technical Education /University Technical Degree is an advantage/

Minimum 5 years experience in technical building maintenance

Good level of English both written and spoken

Ability to work independently

Decision making and problem solving skills

Excellent communication, coordination, organizational and time management skills

Project management skills - advantage

Good personality and team spirit.
