Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer business processes and requirements;


• Support and supervise global, company-wide onboarding, migration and rollout projects in cooperation with the specific departments and external service providers;


• Create concepts for the implementation of new and further development of existing IT solutions;


• Coordinate activities between different departments for the integration of IT solutions into the existing software and process landscape of the Liebherr Home Appliances Division;


• Set up, support and maintain various interfaces from and to subsystems;


• Collaborate and take responsibility in projects with IT subjects as a Consultant / IT coordinator;


• Support the specific departments in 2nd level support through advice, analysis and troubleshooting.

Competencies:

• University degree in the field of Information Technologies, Business Informatics, Business Administration or comparable education;


• Experience with programming languages;


• Previous experience with ERP systems will be considered as an advantage;


• Very good knowledge of English language - minimum B2 in the European language system;


• At least basic knowledge of German language - minimum A2 in the European language system;


• Reliability, ability to work in a team, flexibility and a structured way of working;


• Independent and goal oriented;
