• You will work closely with other internal and external departments to help solve customer queries and issues.
• You will work on a flexible 24/7 shift schedule
What we are looking for:
• You should be comfortable with your English - both written and verbally.

• You should be a positive, friendly, and flexible individual who is confident in communicating with colleagues and players.
• Previous experience in Casino Gaming Customer support is mandatory
• Tech savvy – capable to work on various systems.
