E - Commerce Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develops e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets;
• Examines the new market trends and business opportunities in the global and local landscape;
• Implements and utilizes analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth;
• Collaborates with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customers;
• Measure orders fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance;
• Builds a trust and fosters a relationship to be recognized as a premium e-commerce supplier;
• Manages a team of professionals.
• Ensures that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content.
• Drives e-commerce sales performance;
• Partners with brand owners to leverage all market opportunities;
• Identifies potential partnerships;
• Manages the sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns over digital platforms;
Job Qualifications:
• Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate with vast sales management experience;
• At least 3 years E-commerce experience in wholesale/retail environment is a must;
• Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives;
• Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model;
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, business, sales or related fields.
