Jenny Kros is looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to help us develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to our brand. This talented individual will lead all exciting daily tasks, campaigns and new challenging projects related to ecommerce and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of marketing performance campaigns through click-extensive advertisement texts with the aim of generating leads, acquiring new customers and increasing turnover within the given budget. You will work closely on Facebook and Google campaigns execution, monitoring and reporting on a daily basis.
- Research and understand where the digital marketing industry is going. You will come up with new sales potential and professional channels through market observation and identification of current trends.
- Work closely with the in-house social media team to align tasks
- Listing new lines onto our website
- Adding and updating descriptions to products, categories, etc.
- Replicating promotion data across the relevant divisional pages
- Taking care of article pages, guides and blogs
- Manage site SEO optimization and other features to help drive conversion
- Helping with troubleshooting order queries from staff and branches
- Managing Live chat
- Assist with marketplace emails, chat and calls
- Undertaking mystery shopper tasks (not exclusively online)
- Pricing research across all divisions
- Know how to run day to day procedures and troubleshooting website processes
- Align and execute tasks according to the Creative Director's vision and the brand's strategy
- Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign results and effectiveness
- Offer and implement marketing and communication campaigns at presentations and launches of new products and special offers;
- Prepare and distribute online newsletters for the Company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, especially in e-commerce and SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Knowledge of working with web based CMS – WordPress mainly
- Knowledge of working with e-commerce systems
- Knowledge of HTML and Mailchimp
- Strong customer service skills
- Supporting Data base maintenance and development
- Good writing and verbal communication in English is a must
- Troubleshooting skills
- Design skills - use of Adobe Photoshop or similar
- Keen to learn product and industry data
- Improve online user experience and the customer journey
- Experience with Google AdWords is a plus
- Show interest in e-commerce trends and understanding of e-shoppers behaviour
- Understanding of the conversion funnel and the ways to optimize it
- Proactive, persuasive, innovative and passionate about digital innovation with a self-driven communicative approach to responsibilities
- Highly organized creative with strong attention to detail, as well as excellent analytical thinking and experience with data and reporting
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an advantage
