Digital Marketing Specialist

Currently, we are searching for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in delivering top notch digital marketing campaigns across channels and European markets.

The Role:

• Participate in the development of the digital marketing strategy to address the company's overall goals and oversee all aspects of its implementation;

• Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, blogs, etc;

• Initiate and lead projects for the development of new and the upgrade of existing online communication channels - social media, blogs & corporate web site;

• Social Media community management;

• Support the creation of/create digital advertising assets: ad banners, presentations, landing pages, newsletters, etc;

• Coordinate current and potential project work with project managers, marketing team members, sales and delivery managers.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Good command of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a must;

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, including strategy and website development;

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Social Media Ads campaigns;

• Experience in running newsletters & email marketing;

• Experience with digital marketing tools for tracking ad campaigns;

• Have a nose for optimization potentials and how to exploit them;

• Level of English sufficient for communication and understanding project briefs and advertising messages.


Personality:

• Dynamic self-starter, able to demonstrate initiative, time-management and problem-solving skills; with the ability to prioritize, take responsibility and work independently to improve work processes.

• Must have a positive attitude towards contributors and colleagues and understanding of the needs and expectations of our customers & candidates.
