One of our best clients, a leader in the BPO sector and a top employer is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with one of the following languages: Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish for Sofia.

Required skills and qualities:

• High level of proficiency in one of the following languages: Dutch/ Danish / Swedish or Norwegian;
• Good level of English;
• Activity, determination, and willingness to work in a team
• Responsibility and skills for organizing the work process
• Motivation to work and to achieve goals

Responsibilities:

• Providing timely assistance to clients with their inquiries by phone and email;
• Providing excellent customer service;
• Solving various and interesting cases;
• Able to make quick and effective decisions;
