Clinical & Application Specialist

We have an immediate opening in our "Hospital Solutions" division with a strong focus on consulting and application of our products. In this role, you will represent Vega Medical’s Ultrasound Systems and you will be the go-to person for those specific products. You will work actively support the sales and marketing of our product line to healthcare professionals throughout the country, by providing technical and clinical expertise.

MAIN TASKS AND DUTIES:

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the products, competitors and market trends.


• Provide technical and clinical expertise during the sales process both internally and externally.


• Demonstrate company product range to doctors, nurses, and appropriate personnel - potential uses, presenting product capabilities and benefits over the competition.


• Help customers with proper product selection and answering questions about product functionality.


• Provide education about the proper use and maintenance of our equipment and devices.


• Takes part in professional events, symposia, conferences, and/or clinical meetings.

To be successful on this position, you will need:

• University degree - Medical Doctor is preferable but a degree in Engineering, Life or Natural Sciences can also benefit the team greatly;


• Very people oriented with a knack for building and maintaining relationships (preferably experienced in communication with doctors and nurses).


• High degree of technical knowledge and an overall technical mindset.


• Must be comfortable in an operating room environment.


• Curious personality with a high aptitude for learning and continuous improvement.


• Fluent English (both verbal and written).
