Client Success Manager

We are a small, ambitious, and well-structured IT security consulting company. We don’t like to brag about it (actually, we kind of do), but we currently have close to 100% client retention rate. As part of our growth, we are looking for you to help us maintain this achievement. As our new Client Success Manager, you will be taking care of our portfolio of clients - ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting partnerships. As our new Clients Success Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with a portfolio of clients from Europe and CEMEA;
- Identify clients’ needs, engage with relevant team members to address those needs, and manage project activities to completion;
- Keep in touch with clients - follow up, make sure deadlines are met, etc;
- Prepare commercial offers, contracts, and invoices;
- Boost project renewals;
- Cross-sell and upsell our services within current accounts;
- Monitor project execution; communicate between teams to ensure smooth project workflow;
- Conduct surveys on the quality of our services; monitor and improve client satisfaction;
- Maintain our CRM in order.
We are looking for a person who is:
- Proficient in English;
- Highly organized;
- Capable of prioritizing and multitasking;
- Flexible and with good attention to detail;
- Positive and with a can-do attitude;
- Literate in Google Docs and/or MS Office.
