We are expanding and we are looking for a responsible and motivated professional for the position of CARD OPERATIONS EXPERT

An ideal candidate is someone with a very positive attitude, resilience when problems arise, who is willing and eager to learn about card payments and operations & build new skills in one of the most innovative sectors – The Fintech Industry.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Execute Card configuration/management with production bureaus including card stock, card design, card packaging;
• Support existing external Issuing Programs and Clients’ relationship;
• Support growth initiatives and expansion to new geographies;
• Daily operations with the existing products;
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
• Analysis and reporting;
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulators and schemes;
• Determining and describing the need for improvements and optimization;
• Communicating internally within the team and the company to streamline daily processes.

Requirements & Skillset:
• University Bachelor’s Degree;
• 1-2 years’ experience in Card Issuing, in Card Operations, or another relevant function;
• Eagerness to learn & develop new skills;
• Positive attitude & resilience;
• Analytical thinking;
• Fluent in English.
