For our newly established operation at Sofia Airport Duty Free shops, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about having challenges in the Accounting field and desire to work in a multinational company leader in the Travel Retail. Our ideal candidate will be responsible and reliable, and willing to regularly contribute to making our company a better place to work.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Participation in daily, monthly and annual accounting operations in line with the requirements of the Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation and the Group policies and procedures;
•High-quality performance of all assigned journal entries in an accurate and timely manner;
•Performing Cost Accounting; Inventory Accounting; Payables and Receivables accounting; Bank & Cash Reconciliation; Fixed assets and depreciation; Accruals and other provisions;
•Preparing payment orders and booking of bank statements;
•Preparation regular and ad hoc financial reports and analyses;
•Ensuring financial data is complete, accurate and all transactions are consistent with Company’s accounting policies and IFRS;
•Responsible for the accuracy of financial-accounting documents.
We're looking for someone who has
•University Degree in Accounting;
•Good knowledge of the currently effective Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation, and International Financial Reporting Standards;
•Professional experience in the field of accounting – minimum 2 years;
•Computer skills – MS Office, experience in generating and processing data in Excel;
•Good written and spoken English;
•ERP experience preferred (SAP is advantage)
•Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet accounting and period closing deadlines;
